“It shouldn’t be a secret that historically marginalized communities and
peoples are deeply traumatized right now. Each day there are new threats impacting the
well-being of communities all over the world. How do we develop strategies of self-care,
loving, resistance and liberation? Lama Rod will explore the impact a spiritual/healing
practice can have on our LGBTQ lives, and how we can empower ourselves in our
community to support this.”
