Blanket Fort – crafty workshop

Blanket Fort is an ongoing collaborative artwork.

It collects “achievement” patches and individual acts into a site of mass resistance. It serves as a reminder to act in solidarity together against the pressures of capitalism, neo-liberalism and individualism, although contributors are encouraged to interpret the theme as broadly as they would like.

In addition to fabric and embroidery supplies, I provide paint and markers. Contributors are welcome to make multiple patches, but I ask that at least one is added to the Blanket Fort.

Attending is free, although I’m currently taking donations on behalf of the Museum of Neoliberalism and to venues kind enough to run the workshop. Donations are 100% optional.
